This is at first Startup, in the middle of the day.. Car sat Overnight. Smoke STOPS after 6 minutes or 8.. notice the Water drop. is this "Condensation" and does this look like the "Worn Valve Seals" Smoke?

It does NOT smell sweet, No Head Gasket Indicators AT ALL.. just seeking to Understand!

Its a 1991 Oldsmobile "Iron Duke" Tech4 2.5L, full up on Oil, 179,000 Miles what is this. Thanks!

Itdoesnt use any oil and passes all Head Gasket tests. its not that, im thinking Valve Seals.

It looks normal to me. the smoke doesn't look blue as it would if it was burning oil. The drip is normal condensation. as the air inside the exhaust pipe gets warmer it draws moister from the cool air outside and it drips.
