Best car out of the list for a 16 year old?

I've been researching cars for the past month or so. We're purchasing a car for a 16 year old for about 2,000-3,000 I was wondering which car out of the list is the best car? Which one is the safest,cutest, and cheapest of out them. The reason why they are all mainly suv's is because she doesn't do well in small cars she gets really nervous. So please if don't recommend any cars. Just state your opinions on them. Thanks! (we live in arizona if that helps?)

out of the list i would choose the toyota truck because all japanese cars last well over 20 years. im 25 and have a 1988 toyota tundra and it works fine. trust me on this.
