Building your own hockey rink??????

I was wondering if anyone out there has ever built there own hockey rink in there backyard. I recently moved and have alot more room and the rink I usually play at( roller rink I mean) is beginning to go to hell. always wt and slippery and dirty. Has anyone ever had success building one? what would it cost and would it be hard to acquire a permit? I was looking to have one built thats about 60 x 40 with a steel net, with the surface being any kind of roller hockey surface. so I can play whenever I want fromt he comfort of my own backyard. Any pictures, tips, or suggestions are welcomed.
