Fishing line - it's not all the same you know. Sure one would think that you really only need one type I mean all it has to do is support a hook and help you reel in a fish, right?
While this is true, there actually are five different kinds of line that you can use depending on your fishing needs. In addition to that, some lines come in different strengths depending on how heavy you think the fish you will be catching will be. While deciding what kind of line to use may not seem important it actually can make a big difference in how the fish sees your bait and also on the feeling that you get when the fish is on the end of the line.
When choosing line for your fishing expedition, you'll probably be selecting from these basic types - monofilament, co-filament flourocarbon, braided and fused.
Monofilament line can sometimes also be called nylon fishing line. This is actually made out of plastic which is formed into a single strand. When buying monofilament line you can actually get different grades. The premium grade goes through more quality control and is of higher quality to make it more resistant to abrading.
There is also a co-filament line which has more resistance than the monofilament.
Fluorocarbon line is one of the new lines that is becoming very popular with anglers. It is made from polymer of fluorine bonded to carbon and is virtually invisible once it is under the water. If you are fishing in very clear water this is important because if you're fish sees a string attached to his meal he's probably not going to bite. Fluorocarbon is a lot stronger than monofilament because it doesn't absorb water it also doesn't float so your beak and fall down to the fish faster.
Braided line is like a bunch of single lines that are braided together. This is actually called Dacron and was once prominently used for fishing before they invented the monofilament line made out of nylon. Since the Dacron abrades to easily and doesn't stretch well it is usually reserved for backing material on fly reels.
Fused line is an ultra thin line made up of fused together polyethylene fibers. It is very, very strong and very sensitive as well as having good abrasion resistance. This easy to cast line is a preferred line for fishing.
In addition to these different types of fishing line, you can also buy it in different colors. You usually want to match the color of your line to the color of the water so if you are fishing in Muddy Waters you might go with brown, weedy waters might be better with green and if the sun is out you might want a blue florescent to match with the water but also give you visibility to see the line above the water.

The Best Spinning Reel
If you want a lightweight reel that casts farther than any other spinning reel on the market, the U.S Reels company has the reel for you. They make the SX series of spinning reels, which I think are the best on the market for the price. They are made with lightweight carbon fiber components, high quality SDS drag system, four ABEC stainless steel ball bearings and wide spool design for long, smooth, accurate casts.
The 180SX weighs only 7.2 ounces. The 230SX weighs in at 8.9 ounces while the 240SX weighs 9.9 ounces. These are some of the lightest reels on the market, which makes them easier to cast and you don’t get tired so quickly! They work great with braid line as well as Monofilament line.
The 230SX Supercaster utilizes proprietary materials in a high pressure stack system that ca generate more drag than all but the biggest spinning reels. Another feature is this reel has a sealed drag making it ideal for saltwater as well as freshwater fishing applications. The supercaster has a larger diameter spool relative to the drag disks. This leverage means the supercaster starts with less loading and faster than all other reels. That means the drag can be set higher than all other reels. In addition, the exclusive SDS steady drag system compensates for drag temperature increases and reduced line as line is paid out so that drag tension remains the same throughout the fight.
Other benefits of the wide spool design, is less line twist which means less line is wrapped around the spool. By reducing the twist it reduces the line memory which means fewer line control problems and greater casting efficiency. Casting distance is another benefit of the supercaster reels. The wide design put line on the spool in bigger loops so on the cast those larger loops will explode off the reel for casts up to 30% farther than the long nose reels.
The supercasters are the most versatile reels. One supercaster model can fulfill the requirements of up to four sizes of a competitor’s reel. For example, the 180 SX can fulfill the need of a 500 size up to a 2500 size reel. The 230SX from a 1000 size to a 4000 size reel, and the 240SX from a 2000 size to a 5000 size reel.
If you want the best spinning reels on the market today, I would recommend looking at the Supercaster reeels from the U.S. Reel company. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on the best.

You will need bigger fuel injectors and a bigger fuel pump to feed the larger injectors. You will also need to rebuild your motor because putting a turbocharger on a car that old that probably has over 100k miles will cause it to blow rather quickly not to mention that the transmission and clutch may not be able to handle the added power either.
