How much would a DIY rebuild on a 89 4.3l Chevy engine cost?

Got a s10 with a worn out engine and trans. I have a low mileage trans from a wreck waiting to go in, but the engine currently has 230k miles on it. While I have it apart, I'd like to set it and forget it so to speak, rather than do the trans only to have to do the engine later.

My question is how much am I looking at to do a rebuild on the engine myself?

planning on:
buying a rebuild kit, gasket set, rings, bearings, etc. Stock bore and reusing same pistons. I looked the pistons a couple months ago when I did the headgasket. they look fine.

Having the heads milled and valves done by a shop probably napa.

Hoping my crank and cam are ok and I can just throw them back in.

I want to put the engine back together like it came apart, no upgrades, just stock engine with new internals.

I could buy a freshly rebuilt engine with a warranty for that.
