When selecting an insurance plan you will need to make sure that you have as much information as possible regarding your home, your personal property and the amount of land that your home is on.
Lets take a look at some information that will help determine how much homeowner's insurance you need and should get.
First: Your property value is determined three different ways: (a) how much you will pay in real estate taxes, this information comes from the county or city in which you live (b) how much you will be able to sell your house for, (c) how much it would cost to rebuild your home from structural damage. Each of these amounts can and will be different.
One of the deciding factors of your home worth is the location of your home, whether it is in the city or in the county. Another deciding factor of your home's worth is how much land your house is sitting on and of course the more land you have the more valuable it will be and again what kind of land do you own is it all wooded, used for farming or is it marshland which is land that holds water ?
Second: The Bank is not going to want you to insure your home for less than its worth, and they also do not want you to insure your home for more than what its' worth. For example if your home is worth $125,000.00 the bank will not insure it for $100,000.00 or if your home worth $100,000.00 the bank will not insure it for $125,000.00 As with anyone who has ever purchased a home you will remember that the bank wants you to insure your home for the total mortgage amount. In some instances the value of the land is not considered as it will still be there even if your home is destroyed.
Third: There are calculating tools that have been developed by the Banks that will determine the worth of your home. You will need to answer questions about the size of your home as far as heated square footage, how it was built whether by wood framing, block or brick, whether or not you have vinyl, aluminum or brick siding. Also you will need to let the insurance company know if you have a standard house or if you have added special features such as cabinets, counter tops wood floors, carpet or tile floors. You can also have a licensed building contractor give an estimate of what it would cost to have these items replaced in your home
The more information that is given and the more questions that you ask of the insurance company the more accurate your proposal will be for the cost of your policy.
When deciding how much you need to insure your home look at what the cost would be if your home was completely destroyed and had to rebuild and replace your personal possessions. You do not want to over insure your home because you will be spending more money that you will not get in return and you do not want to under insure your home because then you will be left with the responsibility of covering the cost of repairs and your possessions that were not fully covered by your insurance if your home is completely destroyed.

The Best Supplements and Ingredients for Dog Joint Health
Joint supplements have become big business for pets. And, it seems that every company is producing 3 – 4 different types of joint supplements with slightly different ingredients. It is often hard to tell fact from fiction. So, here are a list of some of the more proven supplements that have shown to help dogs with spine, hip, or joint issues:
Glucosamine – This is typically the number one recommended ingredient for a joint supplement in dogs and humans. Glucosamine is naturally produced in your dog's body from glucose and the Amino Acid, Glutamine (hence the name, "glucosamine"). It acts creates a cushion-like effect on the cartilage between the joints, allowing them to retain water so that they can absorb shock and withstand compression. Glucosamine comes in two forms: HCL and Sulfate. Both seem to work the same, but Sufate has more sodium content.
Chondroitin Sulfate - Chondroitin sulfate has been proven to assist by drawing nutrients into the cartilage. It also protects existing cartilage from premature degeneration by blocking "bad" enzymes that destroy cartilage.
Hyaluronic Acid - Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Hyaluronic Acid are all related molecules in the body. While glucosamine and chondroitin are used in the repair and rebuilding of the tissue in the cartilage, hyaluronic Acid works on the joint fluid itself.
Manganese - Manganese is a mineral that enhances the effectiveness of both glucosamine and chondroitin sulfates and synthesizes the production of healthy cartilage. It also aids in the production of mucopolysaccharides, which are sugar molecules found often in fluid around the joints and are critical for maintaining healthy joints.
Perna Canaliculus (green lipped mussel) - contains natural anti-inflammatory agents and many essential building blocks needed to rebuild the necessary components in joints. It also is reported to reduce pain, and inflammation and improve joint mobility.
Methyl-sulfonylmethane (MSM) - MSM has been promoted as having powerful anti-inflammatory and pain reducing properties, blocking the pain perception in certain nerve fibers before the pain impulse reaches the brain.
Vitamin C - Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) mobilizes the body's self-defense mechanisms to assist in overcoming disease. It is also a powerful antioxidant required to produce collagen, which is the main supportive protein in cartilage, tendon, and connective tissue.
Fatty Acids, such as Omega 3 & Omega 6 - Fatty Acids may reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure, as well as provide therapeutic effects in your dog for arthritis, lupus, inflammatory bowel disease, cancer therapy, kidney disorders
Yucca schidegera - this is a natural root reported to help elevate your pet's ability to produce "natural" cortisone. Yucca is reported to help block the release of toxins from the intestines that inhibit the normal function of cartilage. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.
Boswellin - Studies indicate that Boswellic acids may open up collateral blood circulation to provide a more adequate blood supply to the joints. Boswellin also serves to reduce swelling and improve mobility where individuals experience stiffness in the joints.
Bromelain - Bromelain helps to inhibit pro-inflammatory compounds, which reduces pain and swelling.

What type of big men would you pick if you had to rebuild a team?
A. a big men with great defense but no offense. He scores like 1-2 pts a game, commits a lot of turnovers and is not a offensive threat, but he gets 3-4 blocks a game because of his defense.
B. a big men that is great at offense, but no defense. He can score 30 pts. a game, but the person he is guarding can easily get pts because of his lack of defense. Cannot get a block and commits fouls a lot.
That is an easy question. It obvious you have to go with B, and I'll tell you why. You said this was a rebuilding team so mostly there aren't any really good scorers on the team. Ask yourself this question how many real dormant scoring big men are there in the league today. The answer is very few. Dwight Howard isn't there yet. He still is working on his post game. You can say Tim Duncan, KG, Amair Stoudumaire and that is really about it. You can teach a team to play defense. Look at the Denver Nuggets, and the Dallas Mavericks of this year. Terrible defensive teams in the pass, good ones this year. And you don't need him to get 3 to 4 blocks a game. As long as he is a big presence in the paint the shooters will always have to think about him there. The center form cleveland doesn't average a lot of blocks per game but he is a descent present. But also what he can do offensively is the best upside. He can draw the double triple team in the post and pass the ball to the open shooters. You can't teach that. The fact his the NBA's history has been dominated by scoring big men. Wilt, Russel, KKareem. Karem was able to play well into his 40s not because of his defense because, but he could still shot the sky hook and NO BODY could stop it. You have to go with the scoring big men. You can't teach size and you can't teach a player to have scorers mentality also. I rest my case.
Part of vacant Reading building collapses
A portion of a vacant building that the city had posted as unsafe toppled shortly after a rainstorm swept through the area Wednesday night. "I heard a big gush of wind, and then I heard a big bang," said Ken Kline, 36, who lives next to the building at 10th and Elm streets.
