Pizza is the kind of food that hardly anyone can resist specially children just love it. The best thing about making pizzas at home is that you can use anything, including leftovers, to make pizza toppings. This is a chicken pizza recipe having chicken topping and is also known as fajita Pizza which is very popular version of pizza served at many pizza shops.
Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
1/2 kg chicken boneless
1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Capsicum cut in squares
Butter Mushrooms cut into halves
Black Olives
Green Olives

Cooking Instructions:
Marinate all chicken pieces in the spices listed above for chicken marination and leave them for 30 minutes. After that you can either steam the marinated chicken or you can shallow fry it. To cook chicken on steam, you have to boil water in a deep sauce pan and place chicken pieces on the strainer and put the strainer over boiling water. Then cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15 minutes until chicken becomes tender. If you want to shallow fry chicken pieces, put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and then put marinated chicken pieces and cook for 10-15 minutes until chicken become dry and tender. Now you have to assemble the pizza. Take a pre-made pizza dough and spread it onto your pizza pan. Now make a layer of pizza sauce on it, put the chicken pieces evenly, make a cheese layer as much as you like and put some pieces of vegetables mentioned is the pizza topping list. In the end, sprinkle some oregano and rosemary to add great pizza odor. Now you can put the pizza pan in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 250 degree centigrade and turn on both upper and lower flame. Take out the pizza after 10 minutes when it turns light brown from sides and all the cheese melts. For right baking, reduce the oven temperature to 200 degree centigrade after 5 minutes and turn off the lower flame as well. It will make your dough soft from inside and have wonderful color on top.

How to Change an Oil Filter
A simple as it looks, an oil filter is not that simple to change and the process has various steps that have to be followed to ensure that it is done in the correct way. Without following the laid out procedure, one is likely to cause damage to the device or its surrounding components. When beginning the process of changing an oil filter, the device has to first be located and it is situated near the engine oil pan. The oil filter is then removed by unscrewing it counter clockwise using an appropriate locking wrench. It is important to use gloves as well as protective eyewear for this procedure. Once the oil filter is safely out, the oil that is inside it should be let to drain out into the oil catch pan. After this, the filter seal surface should be cleaned and the sealing gasket for the used filter should be removed from the surface on which the filter seat is mounted.
A small amount of oil should be applied onto the new filter’s rubber gasket. The new filter can then be screwed clockwise by hand, until a point when it is tightly secure in place. Once this is done, the plug for oil pan drain should be detached using a wrench while keeping ready for it to be dislodged. It is recommended to use the completed or boxed end of the wrench so that the drain pug is not rounded. This procedure can also be done with a socket wrench. Once the plug is dislodged, the sealing washer should be inspected for wear and tear. In case it is worn out or broken then a replacement is needed. The oil should then be let to completely then replace it securely and then wipe it clean. Note that the plug should not be too secured too tightly rather it should just fit snugly.
When the oil filter has been replaced and all the engine oil drained, motor oil should be added in the fill port which is situated on the valve cover of the car engine and is usually clearly marked. If the port is in a difficult place to reach then a funnel may be used to lead the oil in. Approximately, four quartz should be poured in the engine and the cap replaced. The cart should then be run for a duration of about one minute and then shut off. The vehicle should then stand for about two minutes for all the oil to settle and the oil level checked using the dip stick. Make sure that the oil is at the required point on the indicator. If more oil is needed it should be added at this point.
The clarity of the oil should also be observed, and if the oil has a light tint then the car is fine but if it has a dark color like coca cola the vehicle may need servicing. If a car has a defective oil filter, then the car is likely to get carbon particles within the engine and cause malfunction. It is vital to change the oil filter from time to time to ensure the car functions as required.

How much should it cost to get a oil pan gasket replaced on my Sebring?
I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring. 2.7 V6 engine. Just had a guy find that my oil filter was not tight when I got the oil changed at a "quick lube" place. He also found that my oil pan is leaking too. About how much should it cost to get this fixed?
keep this in mind you're oil pan gasket almost never leaks because the oil level should be just enough below the edge of the pan and its never really full to the top so get a second opinion

OK, where do I start? Acquired the vehicle in 1998 with 37K miles on it. Later on I found out that it had been a rental. Vehicle ran fine for the six months and then the nightmare started: first, it overheated in the middle of December in Florida!! Turned out to be a defective water pump.
