car wont start!!!?

igot nissan altima 2003 4 cylinder 97000 miles, auto trans.....and car wont start it sounds perfect like its going to start so its not battery,starter,or alternator problem....but i got full tank of gas so its not the fuel pump....ive just wasted 80$$ on a new ignition coil...and i looked in under my oil cap, where the oil is lol....and i tryed 2 start it and the camshaft position sensor was moving (so that meens its working)

only thing i could think is wrong is///
the computer
spark plugs
or
timing belt

maybe its the distributor itself which runs about $800 to get it fixed.
