What 1970s video games console is this?

We had this when I was little and it was old then. It DID NOT have the handheld game controllers like everything else including the Odyssey 100, but instead 4 large dials on the unit. The unit was about 20 inches wide and 7 inches high at the back and sloped towards the front. It had a racecar game where the driver can mover left to right only as the cars cascade down from the top of the screen. You could play one or two players. I think it also had Pong. Games were in Black and White. Sounds was limited to a beep and and engine drone.

It was definitely not Magnavox Odyssey 100, 200, 300 etc, but must have been made around that time or earlier. The top shell was made of white plastic screwed into a flat metal base.

Any ideas? I can't even find a picture of it.
