is it actuated hydraulically?, i ask because freinds car has what seems to be a heavy tapping upstairs, it is not a lower end type of knock, i pulled valve cover off, first thing that i noticed was chocolate milk, chkd radiator, no cross contamination there, just in the oil, I noticed on the head, the rocker arms, one side you have the valve stem and the other side u have the lash adjuster,; question? why does it look as if there is some kind of lifter under that, ?
