can i just use the tin foil from my kitchen for bleaching?

because im going to bleach the tips of my bangs tonight from my natural medium brown to a reddish color. i got a highlight kit to do it with but it didnt come with any foil, and i dont want to blind myself and get the bleach in my eyes. i know salon stylists always use foil to cover bleach, but is it a special kind of hair foil or can i just use the aluminum foil in my kitchen to cover the color with when its processing? thanks!!
btw if it matters, im using this kit in H3 and i already have nautral medium brown hair

also the directons day i shouldn't have washed my hair for 2 days prior, but i washed it this morning,would it be a bad idea to do it tonight?

Yes its the same thing except stylist buy theres from sally or some other beauty store bc it's cut into square or rectangles which is alot faster and easier for them to work with, but point blank it's the same foil thats in your kitchen.
