A reasonable price for my FB?

I have a 1989 Pontiac Firebird 2.8l. Would $1,300 be a good price to sell it for? The passenger fender needs to be replaced but I DO have one that would go with the car. The t-top pate needs to be replaced but again I have it to. I will also be throwing in a set of brand new, never been run headers for the car. I have a new TPS, front brake pads, front rotors, and oil pan on the car. It is in rough shape but drivable and runs like new. It also has the premium wheels and performance gauges. The only real problem is it needs a timing chain.
The timing chain is a little loose and worn. The car despite that problem runs strong. I have ordered a new chain. It will also come with the car.

With 2-3000 needed to run right the performance gauges which any after market stereo or the likes you get nothing more except the dealer asks if you want to take out. The engine is as big as my lawn mower and is worth 800.00 in mechanically and cosemetically sound so if i got 2-300 I would be OK.These parts that come with car undoubtly need if not new in box a lot of screws and other items to install like rubber for t-tops at 900.00 for car.
