2002 Ford F150 Crankshaft pulley Bolt?

Does anyone know if the 4.6L Crankshaft Damper/Pulley bolt is torque specific on a 2002 Ford F150 4.6L engine
I should have asked it a little different, I am wondering if I can use the same bolt again on the crankshaft or do I need to get a new one after one use.

The bolt head is 18mm (which I'm sure you are already aware). It is also reusable. The Ford workshop manual procedure is to apply silicone to the woodruff key and install/secure pulley and bolt within 4 minutes of application. The torque spec is as follows:

Stage 1: Tighten to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).
Stage 2: Loosen the bolt.
Stage 3: Tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).
Stage 4: Tighten an additional 85-90 degrees.
