s there after market transmission for my 1990 pickup cyl efi manual that is a 5 speed mine is currently a 4 speed i can only go like 65 till im redlining it

There's obviously something wrong with your truck, or with the way you're driving it. The engine should not redline at 65 MPH in top gear, no matter what transmission it has installed. I'd take it in to a maintenance shop and have a mechanic check it out.
