At first glance you might think the spelling is wrong for this tonneau cover. This is the way it was intended to be spelled. It is made by BAK Industries hence the spelling. The Bakflip tonneau cover is a real nice piece of work. This hard truck bed cover is made of an automotive grade exterior UV Resistant plastic which is also scratch resistant. The cores of the panels are filled with a very sturdy resin based honeycomb structure which is waterproof. These panels are made not to crack, warp or fade. The panels are framed with a powder coated aircraft quality aluminum. All of this makes a light weight very durable tonneau cover.

The cover folds up in sections, and in seconds, all the way up to the cab of the pickup truck. This gives you easy access to your truck bed while still having the security and gas saving qualities of a tonneau cover. It sits flat on the truck bed and leaves the stake holes uncovered to allow you to use different types of racks. Great for a ladder rack, canoe rack and more.

Is it ok to use cauliflower in this receipe if I'm making mashed potatoes the day before serving?

This is the receipe that calls for cauliflower
1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, cauliflower, garlic and carrots. Cook until potatoes are tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain.
2.Add the milk, butter, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

This the receipe for day before potatoes
1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in potatoes, and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.
2.Transfer potatoes to a large bowl, and mash until smooth. Mix in the cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper and butter. Cover, in butter coated crock pot overnight or up to 3 days prior. On Low, they were ready in about 2 hours

Question: Is it ok to use 3Cups of cauliflower in day before mashed potatoes, will cauliflower hold up?

Sounds good to me. Mash potatoes are a treat!

I use the following method for creamy mashed potatoes:

Bring three liters of water to the boil. Add salt. Put in the potatoes, let it cook for approx 15 minutes. Strain them off. Take a masher and beat them up. Add pepper, pinch of salt, some nutmeg or herb to preference. Add a knob of butter still mashing the whole pot together. Add milk until creamy enough to your own needs. Usually I would add some chives or cheese gratings to give it that little extra..though its not to everyone's liking.

Cauliflower, cooked on a low heat source with some butter to cover the bottom of the pan, add the cauliflower in one piece and place it in the pot. Close the lid. Let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes and drain off the excess fluid to make a sause. The cauliflower can be easily sliced.

This always works for me..but then its down to each his own taste really. I presonally think its better to keep the vitamins and ingredients in the food rather than boil it out of them..therefore use the steaming method.
