timing on a mild built 454?

I have a 454 comp cams 280 magnum 234 duration 520 lift 91/2 compression large oval port 049 heads stock hei distributor 750 demon carb that's a little about my engine i have about 400 miles on it what should my timing be on it????

Set initial timing to 15 degrees and total to 35 without vacuum advance. Then connect the vacuum advance to manifold vacuum and set the vacuum advance give another 15 to 20 degrees advance at idle vacuum..... so you should be at around 30-35
