Use of a virtual drive will save your original media from accidental damage.
In the computing world there are a lot of 'virtual' devices. Virtual Drives emulate a physical drive; it could be a CD ROM or DVD. You make a copy of the CD or DVD store it on your hard drive and when you need it you 'mount' the copy or image of the original instead of putting the disk in a physical drive. The emulator is not limited to the speed that a physical CD or DVD drive, it has the same speed as the hard drive it is stored on. Although for a network share the limiting factor will be the speed of the network that the computer is connected to.
There is a problem with some programs though; the publishers of Games have software on the disk that prevents either coping or verification of the disk. This means that if you have a game on a cd and the cd is required to start the program then using an image will not work. There are different schemes for securing the cd from hidden tracks to hidden keys for the program to read when it starts.
For normal programs that you have that are of high value or that your business installs on a regular basis a Virtual Drive program would be very useful. With the program you could make an image of the program disk, store it on a server and then mount the disk and share the virtual drive for access to those individuals that do you installs.
Another use for a Virtual Drive is for experimentation. You could lay out your cd or dvd and make an image of the data to see if it will work with out burning an actual disk. With the price of disks these days that may seem to be a bit too frugal but consider the time factor and if it isn't the way you want it to be or you want to add more to the disk then deleting an image does make economic sense.
How does it work? There are a lot of different programs that do CD or DVD emulation, one of them is called Daemon Tools, another is called FarStone Virtual CD. Both are excellent programs that will create and mount a cd or a dvd. The first step is to create the image. Then you mount it or insert it in the emulation. Then you would use it the same as any other media. You could take a list of unrelated directories and make an image such as for a custom computer install, instead of having four or five cd's with the installation files create one image with all the installation files. Then mount the image and share it across a network making the configuration of multiple computers at one time possible with out handing out separate sets of media to each technician doing computer installs.
If you are a 'road warrior' and fly a lot you could make images of your favorite audio cd's or make images of movies, mount it while you are in flight and you have a movie or your favorite music. You are not limited to just programs when you make an image, you can make images of an Audio or video cd or dvd. The possibilities are limitless.

Chicagoland Chevy Dealership Roots For Danica Patrick Driving Chevy At Daytona
"To be the one driving that Go Daddy car at Daytona means a lot to me, racing in the Nationwide Series race was my goal during this entire two-month preparation process, but we wanted to make sure it was the right thing to do. The ARCA race was a blast, and I'm not ready for my first Daytona Speedweeks to end just yet. I want more racing,' said female racing pro Danica Patrick.
Last Saturday, she made her first NASCAR Nationwide Series start at the "World Center of Racing" DRIVE4COPD 300 behind the wheel of the No. 7 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet for JR Motorsports. The 120-lap, 300-mile race kicked off Patrick's partial NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule that she plans on running with JR Motorsports in the No. 7 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet Impala. Patrick was the fourth women and the first since Shawna Robinson in 2005 to compete in this race.
Her entry in the Drive4COPD 300 paired her up with Dale Earnhardt Jr, who is also sponsored by JR. Motorsports and who drives the No. 88 Hellmann's Chevrolet. Earnheardt has been openly supportive and thinks extremely high of Patrick, saying, "I think Danica proved to everyone that she can compete in stock cars at a high level, and right now seat time is extremely important, "She has worked extremely hard during the past two months for this opportunity. Her dedication and work ethic is infectious."
Patrick decided that she would compete in the "World Center of Racing" DRIVE4COPD 300 after making her stock car racing debut in the previous weekend's Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200, where she finished sixth after a solid performance. She was involved in an incident on the front stretch but was able to keep her car off the wall and with 10 laps to go, Patrick charged through the field and nipped Supercross legend Ricky Carmichael at the stripe to come out with her sixth-place finish.
Danica feels that the Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 race helped her prepare for this past weekend's race. "I have a better feel for the starts and restarts. Things like getting through the gears, up to speed and the double-file restarts," said the highly marketable racer. "Fontana is a much different track and race than Daytona, so I'm going in there with the understanding that things are going to be completely different."
GoDaddy.com, the world's largest domain registrar, and Chevrolet, one of the world's largest automakers and maker of the Chevy Traverse serve as Patrick's primary sponsors. Both companies have openly spoken about how excited they are to sponsor Patrick in this weekend's upcoming race. GoDaddy CEO and Founder Bob Parsons said, "Danica's got what it takes, and it's obvious from the ARCA race NASCAR is right up her alley, "She's ready to drive the No. 7 GoDaddy.com Chevy in Daytona and is sure to give the fans an exciting show just like she did in the ARCA race."
After this weekend's Feb. 20 race at Auto Club Speedway, Danica will then race Feb. 27 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. After Vegas, she will take a four-month hiatus to focus on her IndyCar Series responsibilities before returning to drive the No. 7 GoDaddy.com Chevy in the Nationwide Series June 26 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

the parts are for externally balance. i bought parts alittle at a time and now im ready for it to be put togeather but im not sure about the balancing part of it ,do i use balancer and flex plate to balance it or do i take parts to machine shop and they throw parts on machine ???
If i were you I would buy a new balancer and you need to know if the engine is internally balanced or externally to be safe when using the old flex plate.
Top 10 Best Restarters In NASCAR Sprint Cup Racing
For some drivers, it's the one moment they absolutely grimace at, knowing that their tremendous straightaway leads evaporated into a matter of nil. All that domination fades away into side-by-side, sheet metal action that surely translates into dramatics for both competitors and the fans at the track, who surely have no idea what will happen until the green flag unfurls with a parade of colors ...
