what would cause oil to blow out a valve cover of a 350 chevy engine with a large cam and oil pump?

it is a new engine and has a 298 cam bored 40 over 4 bolt main and oil is coming out the valve cover breather.

either the baffle is missing from the valve cover,pcv isnt working/not even present,or there is a problem with rings/piston,like they havent seated,theres a hole in the piston etc.
