Got a 90 honda civic with bone stock D-series 1.5L engine (auto) and want to do a swap and convert to manual??
The car is in immaculate shape it only has 130,000 km on it but the stock motor is burning oil... problem is i want to do an engine swap but the car is automatic i would like it to be standard when i do the swap...what should i do? I have invested quite a bit on rims, tint, and lighting and exterior mods as carbon fiber and such but not sure what to do anyone got any ideals or tips?
sure...for conversion to a stick you're going to need to rip into the car. (chassis and frame) You can't make one car into another without money, time and effort. Just buy a stick...it'll cost less in the long run. (and your car is not worth the money, time or effort...no matter what the 'mods' you've done...in the real world, mods don't mean anything in resale.)
