Working principle of Raymond mill:
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, and then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.

After this, the ground stuff are carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The sets airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

Maintenance and Repair:
1. Prior to installation of the equipment, all the people who will be assigned to operate the equipment have to be technically trained to know the principle and rules of operation. Someone should be specially selected and put in charge of the operation.
2. To ensure normal operation of the equipment, a manual containing strict rules and procedures for its operation, maintenance and repair should be well prepared and followed. Tools, replacement parts for maintaining, repairing and lubricating oil and grease must be available for immediate use.
3. After a period of usage, the equipment should be checked, to replace worn-and-torn parts such as rollers, rings and shovels. Be sure to fasten connecting-bolts, nut collars to fix rollers properly. Be sure to lubricate the parts sufficiently.
4. Roller should be replaced after 500-hours use. To check and wash bearings in them and replace broken ones, and then fill enough oil and grease (with oil-pump or grease-gun).

no oil pressure on my olds 455?

i had my 1969 olds 455 rebuilt 5 years ago now i finally installed it in a 1964 olds convertable f85 i installed a new melling high volume pump if i take the oil filter off and crank motor oil flows out not flies out the mechanical oil pressure hose shows oil spirting but doesnt reach the gauge.i put a 292 duration cam in it .on left and right side of cam behind timming chain there are two bolts i lost the original ones so i used an allen hex head typ bolt and screwed it in could it be possible that those bolts went in to far and are blocking the flow of oil.top end of motor is dry also i can only get the distributor to come out of block a half inch dont no if that has anything to do with it thanks

2 likely causes. 1. since gauge does'nt register oil pressure it could be a faulty sensor,but you say you have a dry top end on motor so 2. faulty oil pump, even though there is a new one installed it sometimes happens that a bad part in pump or pump itself bad. you don't mention anything about oil leaks or oil on motor(external) or eventually on ground or floor. so i aasume it may be #2... If that's not the case you can rule out a broken oil line....
