small block chevy temperture question.?

i have a 385 sbc stroker motor its 350 4 bolt main 40 over with eagle stroker kit, alum 2.02 1.60 heads close chambers 64cc. , comp cam 500 int. 486 exh. ,performer rpm intake , 770 street advenger carb .ect.. my question is what temperture should i look for on it getting too hot. should i be worried when it gets to 225 deg.

225 is pretty hot, i would suggest getting a bigger radiator or changing pulley size on water pump you need to get it down to about 180
