will a Big block chevy bolt up to a v6 5 spd tranny?

I have a 454 big block chevy and am wondering if i took a 5spd out of a 90's v6 camaro if it would bolt up to it, cause i dont want a standard tranny from a truck because i dont want the granny gear that trucks have, i would never use it, im building a hotrod and just need a strandard tranny with out a granny gear!!

it wont work they are not designed to work together. if they were you would have been able to buy them together already mated or this combo would be in the camaro.
