What is an estimated cost to get a 16ft aluminum fishing boats seams welded to stop water leaks ?

The boat is a 1982 Starcraft, I have already installed a bilge pump but would like to get the problem fixed not just patched. Any advice would be helpful.

welding every underwater seam is going to be expensive, instead try coating the outside of the seams with either a good caulk [ rtv for one] or using a product like devcon aluminum patch. any work has to be on the outside otherwise the water will find a way around the patch
