Rattling sound coming from my '04 Nissan Altima 3.5 L?

When idling my Altima makes this rattling sound. It almost sounds like a diesel engine. I was thinking it could be a pully bearing, but I've never heard one sound like that before. When I push on the gas the sound goes away. After driving the car for a while it eventually goes away when idling again. No check engine light is on, or performance issues. What could be making that sound?
